ELIGIBILITY

1. Boys and girls ages 6-17 inclusive.
2. Qualified Swimmer: Campers must be "water safe." Campers will be required to pass a swim test, on the first day of camp, consisting of a 50 meter swim, and 5 minutes of treading water. For swimming instruction, contact Peninsula Family YMCA at (619) 226-8888.
3. Parents will be asked to submit health information on the form provided upon receipt of registration.
4. We encourage all children to participate. If campers have needs that require special consideration, parents must contact the Camp Director at least 7 days in advance of attendance so we can provide the necessary staff and equipment.

Inclusion Assistance provided by the Torrey Pines Kiwaniis and the La Jolla Festival of the Arts.

Optional early and/or late supervision: Additional supervision is available for parents who must drop campers off early and/or pick them up late. Supervision from 3:30-4:30 p.m. daily is free. Early supervision from 6:30 a.m. to 8 a.m. OR late supervision from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. is available for $25.00 per week per camper. Both early and late supervision as a package is available for $40 per week per camper.

Camp discounts

CAMP SPECIAL DISCOUNTS: Take advantage of our June Multiple week and Back-To-School specials. Either come any two weeks in June, or both of the last two weeks in August (weeks 12 & 13) and pay only $535.00 for sports other than Wakeboarding & Waterskiing ($655 for Wakeboarding & Waterskiing). A $75.00 Savings!**

Multiple Week or Camper Discount: $10.00 off each week for multiple campers from the same family or for a camper attending more than one week.

REFUND POLICY

Written notice of cancellation must be received at least 5 days prior to start of the session in which a camper is enrolled. No refunds will be given with less than 5 days notice. Refunds take about 4-6 weeks to be processed.

CAMPERSHIPS

Camperships from the California Department of Boating and Waterways, the California International Sailing Association, and the San Diego Yacht Club Sailing Foundation, are available to families in need of financial assistance. Those who wish to apply must complete a YMCA scholarship application and mail it to the Camp Administrator at the Camp address. The requests will be considered by the Peninsula Family YMCA based on need. There are a limited amount of scholarships available, so please apply early.
